How long will it take for my order too arrive?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. International orders usually take between 10 - 15 days to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. Please be aware this does not include weekends or holidays. How long does it take to ship out handbags? 

All handbags are hand painted and takes an average of 2 too 3 hours too complete. Due to a large volume of orders coming in the detailed time it takes too complete each bag it takes an average of 14 - 20 business days to ship out. (Please note business days does not include Saturday - Sundays) Also some handbags may require additional time and will be noted under the description of each bag.

Please note all made to order items may take extra time depending on work load.

 

What is the return policy?

We understand shopping online is a risk and we are beyond grateful that you are taking a chance with us. If you have a question regarding sizing etc please contact us first before placing an order. All items are unfortunately final sale.

All t-shirts printed based on demand. Since we do print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for any questions or concerns you may have.

If however you received a defective item or misprinted tee, we'll be happy too replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please send us an email within 3 business days of receiving your item with your order number and also a photo of the item. Please contact us at sales@faystylez.com for further information. PLEASE NOTE AFTER 3 BUSINESS DAYS ALL ITEMS ARE REDEEMED FINAL.

All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped. We do not give price adjustments. Please note we also do not give refunds for buyers remorse. Once shipped we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

All FLY FITS and MUST HAVE BAGS are final sale. All sale items and/or items purchased with a coupon code are final sale.

Is there any specific care instructions for my tees?

  • Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
  • Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
  • Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
  • Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

 

Is there any specific care instructions for my handbag?

  • Please do not leave your handbag in conditions where it is extremely hot or anywhere to receive direct sunlight.
  • Do not put any leather polishes on the area of painted slogan.
  • When your bag is not in use please keep in the canvas sac it comes in.
  • Try not to put any open ink containers of any kind near or in the bag.
  • Enjoy it!
